History and origins
Founded in July 2004, Molina was established as an artisan company specialized in the production of high-quality pipes. From the very beginning, the company focused on carefully crafted workmanship and on the continuous development of new lines and models, earning the appreciation of a discerning and demanding audience.
Artisan skill, combined with a strong passion for design and respect for tradition, quickly distinguished Molina as a recognized reference in the field of Italian handcrafted pipes.
Growth and development
Over the years, Molina has followed a path of structured growth, investing in new machinery, developing internal expertise, and training new artisans. The company’s expansion has been driven by the success of its collections, by an increasingly international distribution, and by a flexible production system capable of responding efficiently to the needs of different markets.
A key milestone in this journey was reached in 2018 with the acquisition of the current production facility in Vedano Olona, providing Molina with a more modern and solid manufacturing base while preserving the artisanal identity rooted in the Lombard pipe-making tradition.
Environmental responsibility
Molina is strongly committed to environmental responsibility. The production facility is equipped with a 72 kW photovoltaic system; briar production waste is reused to power the building’s heating system during the winter months, while all methacrylate waste, used for stems, is fully recycled.
